5A64P Pre-Bagged Concrete 1. General 5A64P is a newly developed product for hard-to-reach construction site area. 5A64P is a ready-to-use blended compound consisting of cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and concrete powder admixture, mixing with water on site to produce a high strength concrete with satisfying slump performance.
2. Mix Proportion:
- Concrete grade: 350/20
- Target slump: 125 +/- 25mm

4. Mixing Procedures a. Ensure the mixer is clean and free from oil and dust.
b. Place the content of a bag of 5A64P pre-bagged concrete into the mixer.
c. Dry mixing for 15 sec before adding water.
d. The quantity of water added to the dry materials should be accurately measured.
e. Further mixing for 5 minutes until slump of 125 +/- 25mm can be produce.
f. All concrete shall complete compacting within 2 hours after water is added. Reference sites available.
